Terms of Service

Avenzor (company registration number to be updated), of A12-2, NorthPoint Offices Mid Valley, Medan Syed Putra Utara, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, provides software that turns company profiles, audited accounts, and management accounts into financial health checks, lending-readiness reports, and monthly CFO actions.

The service is intended for businesses and their authorised representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the company whose data you submit.

This is the most important section:

• Avenzor provides financial information and analysis tools. It does not provide licensed financial, investment, legal, tax, or audit advice.
• We are not a bank, a licensed credit reporting agency, or a lender, and we do not guarantee loan approvals or financing outcomes.
• Reports support — never replace — your own judgement and advice from qualified professionals.
• No automated lending decisions are made about you by the service.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Upload documents you are not authorised to share, or that are forged or altered.
• Use the service to mislead lenders, investors, or any third party.
• Probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or access another customer’s data.
• Use the service in breach of any law of Malaysia.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the data they contain. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Data & consent policy.

The Avenzor software, reports format, branding, and site content remain our intellectual property. Reports we generate for you may be shared by you for your business purposes, including with advisors and lenders.

Analysis quality depends on the documents you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of uploaded information. While every figure in a report is source-linked, you should verify outputs against your own records before relying on them for significant decisions.

Where the service flags missing or insufficient data, that flag is part of the report — removing or ignoring it is at your own risk.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• We exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, financing opportunities, or business.
• Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for legal compliance, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service. On termination, the Data & consent deletion process applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We will always try to resolve issues directly first — write to enquiry@avenzor.io before anything formal.

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; for material changes we will notify portal users in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Notice.
